The Opportunity
On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for an APS6 Project Officer . This is a 12-month assignment based in Richmond or Geelong. The role will work a hybrid arrangement, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day and will be paying $60.26 per hour plus super.
Working in the Service Design team, the teams primary goal will be to improve the experience of the participants and their interactions with the agency.
Responsibilities include;
Developing and managing project plans and schedules in accordance with the project management framework.
Performing independent research work and analysis including the preparation of draft reports, including on relevant governance activities.
Co-creating and documenting current state , to identify current participant and staff experience and business processes.
Co-facilitating design-thinking sessions with service users to design and test future service processes,
