We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, passionate and energetic Customer Service Supervisor to provide competent and professional customer experience. You will lead, coach and develop the Customer Service team working collaboratively with other departments.

Your responsibilities include:
Delegation of tasks to the customer service team, working to deadlines.
Being the first level support for the customer service team, coaching and supporting them to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Managing high volume of incoming calls and email enquiries.
Strong focus on improving the customer experience in alignment with required outcomes.
Be the cohesive link between the customer service team and other departments.
Continuous improvement by identifying issues, challenges, and finding and implementing solutions to best meet customer needs.
