TEN Recruitment are working in partnership with a luxury home building company to source for an experienced Residential Scheduler . The successful applicant will be joining our clients scheduling team to assist with the development of detailed schedules for luxury and first-build projects.
Your responsibilities may include:
Undertake scheduling and quantity surveying activities.
Effectively identify and resolve problems throughout all phases of construction.
Raise purchase orders for jobs to commence on site.
Liaise with supervisors, suppliers and the project team to ensure schedule is being followed and deadlines are either met or exceeded.
Coordinate with drafting and prestart staff to discuss the scheduling
