MMT Print is looking for an enthusiastic, hard working person with leadership skills, positive attitude, and attention to detail to join our production team.
This role would suit a person who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, is flexible and enjoys working as part of a highly successful and efficient team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assist in the preparation and coating process of various surfaces
Loading and unloading materials to be coated
Operating basic hand tools and equipment
Operation of Digital cutting machines CNC
Co-ordinating and prioritising your work and workflow
Maintaining a high standard of workplace cleanliness
General signage preparation and finishing where required
Following all safety procedures and protocols
Assisting with other related tasks as needed
Skills & Experience
A highly motivated, reliable person who is a good communicator, problem solver and embraces accountability.
Physical fitness for manual labour
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
Willingness to learn and operate equipment and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
Forklift License desirable but not essential
Due to fast turnaround times, you will be able to think on your feet, make sound decisions and your focus on attention to detail.
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Adaptable, prompt, punctual and reliable
