- Make sure that the company's operations procedures and workflows are always followed.
- Communicate with airlines and other freight forwarders in a professional manner.
- When possible, communicate with overseas offices and agents in writing and be clear and concise.
- Achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Branch Manager. Regularly assess an appropriate measure to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained in the operations side of the freight forwarding business.
- Invoice jobs within the specified timeframe and collect any immediate payments before delivery.
- Obtain approval for job-related invoices within the specified timeframe and promptly address any issues with your direct manager.
- Ensure all communication with customers is professional and concise. Include company details in any written communication.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner and involve your line manager if necessary to escalate the matter.
