We are looking for a duty manager.
Mosconi is an intimate modern Italian restaurant/wine bar located in the thriving James St dining precinct.
Mosconi is recruiting for a passionate Duty Manager that is looking to manage a small but motivated team.
The ideal candidate must have excellent presentation and effective communication skills to ensure a cohesive flow between the back of house and front of house team.
The ideal candidate is responsible for restaurant presentation, a knowledge of food and wine/beverage offerings and a genuine enthusiasm for establishing and maintaining a superior customer experience in a fast paced environment.
You will need at least 2 year experience in a similar position.
Mosconi operates lunch and dinner service Wednesday – Saturday and lunch only Sunday.

Skills, experience and attributes
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) is preferred
2 years experience in a similar role
Professionalism

ability to work in team and take direction
Bar person to have cocktail making experience
Wine Knowledge
Passion and interest for food
Positive attitude
Be committed to exceeding guest expectations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desire to continue learning & growing within the Industry
