Key Responsibilities
- Assist facilitating training sessions
- Peer to peer support
- Documenting process, procedure, and customer guidelines
- Updating KMS with updated quality information
- Quality assurance transformation project work
- Learning & Development – assisting with the development of revised training material
- Attendance at monthly Technical and Training Meetings
- Develop and maintain required competency standards within mlcoa’s Quality Review Framework
- Ensure currency of knowledge and skills of customer and legislative framework requirements
- Complete and remain current with all mlcoa / MedHealth organisational compliance requirements
