Patio @ Putney is now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Managing all front of house and back of house staff;
Rostering staff & coordinate budgets and expenses;
Meeting with prospective function clients;
Set up, running of & pack down of functions;
Stock control & ordering of beverages;
End of night closing of tills, counting & balancing of cash & credit card transactions;
Maintenance & improvement of service, training, POS system & general day to day procedures;
Manage and respond to customers complaints and queries;
Ensure all staff members comply with RSA requirements and follow and Health and Safety guidelines;
The right candidate will possess:
At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager;
Ability to manage budgets effectively;
Strong customer service skills;
The ability to motivate and manage staff;
The ability to keep calm under pressure;
Ability to stand on your feet for long hours;
Job type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
