Oversee all kitchen operations, including staff management, rostering, supplier accounts, and compliance with health and safety regulations. ? Manage kitchen costs, including wages and food expenses, to meet set targets. Main Tasks: ? Supervise food preparation and ensure timely production. ? Manage and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed. ? Maintain kitchen stock levels and minimise wastage. ? Uphold a professional and hygienic kitchen environment. Qualification & Experience Skills and Qualifications: ? Qualified Chef with a minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant roles. ? Strong leadership and communication skills. ? Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. ? Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions effectively. ? Proven success in managing kitchen operations and staff.
