About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting our financial planning and decision-making processes through analysis, budgeting, and strategic advice.

• Assist in formulating budgetary and accounting policies.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements for presentation to the board of directors, management, shareholders, and statutory bodies.
• Conduct financial investigations, prepare reports, and undertake audits.
• Advise on financial aspects of business acquisitions, mergers, capital financing, insolvency, and taxation.
• Examine operating costs and income/expenditure to provide strategic financial insights.
• Ensure accuracy and statutory compliance of financial reports.
• Offer financial and taxation advice tailored to our business structures and operations.
• Liaise with financial institutions and brokers to manage funds effectively.
• Implement and maintain robust accounting systems and internal controls.
• Appraise financial risk and cash flow for capital investment projects.

About You

As our newest team member we'd prefer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Actuarial, or a related field.
• Registration or licensing as required.
• Proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using advanced financial modelling and statistical analysis software.
