Work for a large FMCG client as a Senior Business Analyst in Sydney.
Role Overview:
This position serves to facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders to ensure the delivery of business requirements, which drive changes to business processes, policies, or systems. The primary aim is to ensure that the delivered solution aligns with the business needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology product owners, engineers, architects, and the project team to provide conceptualization, feasibility analysis, and functional/non-functional requirements for initiatives.
Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business systems, processes, and policies, including As-Is, To-Be, and Gap Analysis.
Conduct data gathering and analysis.
Quality assurance of proposed solutions and test scenarios.
