The Learning & Development Advisor role contributes to the development and coordination of a wide range of learning and organisational development (L&OD) initiatives, projects and events that support day-to-day operations, whilst leading the continuous improvement and innovation agenda that underpins the high-performance culture at the RTA. This role is exposed to high-level strategic plans and projects, with opportunity to influence and participate in a program of work with measurable impacts on the future growth, culture, and performance of the RTA.
To be successful you will need:
A high level of accountability, with proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and successfully undertake a broad range of L&OD administration and activities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to develop communication plans to promote L&OD initiatives, learning content, and facilitate workshops and focus groups across a range of topics
