With completion anticipated in 2024 and preliminary construction underway, we're commencing the search for an experienced Engineering Services Manager. Our team is highly experienced and will draw on the full support of JLL?s national, regional and international network.
The Engineering Services Manager will be responsible for the pre and post PC set up and then the day to day management of all operational aspects of the property.

Establish and maintain a sound professional relationship with our client
Liaise with Owners, Development and Building Management to evaluate and assist in the commissioning of building systems prior to Practical Completion
Evaluate and proactively procure services and maintenance agreements as necessary for any services not maintained from PC
