Job description
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our client who is a Federal Government Agency. The position would perfectly suit someone who has experience as a Pharmacy Assistant in a hospital or community setting wanting to branch out into the public sector.
The Role and Responsibilities
You will be operating in a call centre environment answering queries and providing relevant information regarding the Australian Governments Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
Youll provide high quality customer service and timely advice for pharmaceutical issues, and liaising with a range of both internal and external stakeholders.
About You
Effective communication and the ability to build positive working relationships with relevant stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role.
In addition, you will demonstrate the following:
Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant
