Randstad is currently seeking experienced carpenters and Trade assistants to join our team in Hobart! As a part of our team you will be involved in a large range of projects from residential houses, commercial projects and civil construction projects. Your new role will consist of challenging and interesting projects and depending on your skills and abilities could open more doors for full time opportunities with our clients Daily duties:
New Builds
Renovations
Heritage work
High end domestic builds
Framing
Fit out
Formwork
Cleaning of site
Assisting trades people with tools and equipment
What you'll need to succeed: - Certificate III+ in Carpentry - Various construction licences would be an advantage - White card - Previous 2+ years of experience within the building and construction industry post trade - drivers licence - Your own hand and power tools - Physically fit with the ability to pass medicals & on site drug and alcohol tests. - Ability to follow direction and work as a team to complete projects on time and on budget What we offer: - Industry leading pay and allowances - Randstad offers attractive hourly rates + allowances - 2% contribution to Tasbuild LSL - 11% Super included into any Superfund of your choice - Daily travel, site and tool allowances - Standard working hours of 7AM to 3:30PM with overtime available - PPE provided and a safety first approach to work If you're interested in a confidential chat and would like to explore the possibilities withinthe Randstad network please give Ryan Cooper a call on 0499 611 614 or email your resume to [email protected]
