The Role: As a full-time hairdresser at our salon, you will be responsible for:

• Posting your amazing work on our social media channels and growing a client portfolio.
• Offering expert advice on hair care, styling, and treatments to help clients achieve their desired look.
• Performing a variety of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments with precision and creativity.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry to continuously enhance your skills.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for clients and colleagues.
• Building and maintaining client relationships through attentive communication and personalized service.
• Collaborating with team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience working as a qualified hairdresser.
• Certificate IV in hairdressing or above qualification
• Proficiency in a wide range of hairdressing techniques and services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Willingness to take part in ongoing training and professional development.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for hair design.
• Reliable source of transport.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
