The Business Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the resource augmentation business unit within the organisation. The Business Manager will identify opportunities in the market to place consultants primarily in the SAP space and secondly in the Salesforce eco system. The objective of the role is to manage a pool of 20 consultants with a utilisation rate of 90 to 95%.



The Business Manager has the responsibility of identifying opportunity, sourcing talents with the help of the acquisition team if required, managing contracts and managing the relationship with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources across various clients. Ensure optimal placement of resources based on skills, locations and customer requirements.
- Source talents in the market (Australia and Offshore) and prepare profiles
- Identify opportunities with new clients
- Develop and implement resource management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Monitor resource utilization and performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Regular updates to senior management about resource allocation and project progress.

Profile:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any IT/Computer Science Discipline or Management
- Minimum 6 years’ experience with business development and sales within the IT Staffing Industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the staff augmentation industry and its benefits.
- Experience in SAP and/or Digital Technologies like Application Developments, Data Integration, Data, Web and Mobile Technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
