Your new role
Our Hays Sydney office is looking for Digital Marketing Executive to join our Digital marketing team. This is a full time permanent role commencing immediately. The role will be based in the Sydney office with hybrid working. This role will be reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager ANZ.
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible to act as the subject matter expert and implement recruitment marketing, social media and employer brand strategies to attract the best talent across multiple platforms/channels for our customers. Through effective engagement marketing strategies and campaigns, the Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for driving client and candidate demand through a range of digital marketing channels and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Management of all digital advertising across ANZ
Create, monitor, optimise and report on marketing initiatives spanning online PPC channels - social media advertising, display retargeting, programmatic display and SEM
Monitor and report on performance across digital channels, linking through to a measurable ROI on marketing spend
Oversee SEO content plan based on data and insights from audits and keyword research and brief content requirements to support delivery of SEO objectives
Implement onsite SEO tactics e.g. internal linking, metadata and keyword optimisation
Management of key ANZ online Job boards
Website updates - Maintain Hays ANZ websites ensuring they are up-to-date and provide a best-in-class experience
Identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements to content to improve the user experience
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Communications
Demonstrated experience with PPC channels, specifically paid social, programmatic, SEM (AdWords) and display retargeting
Passion for driving measurable impact, with strong data acumen
Excellent communication skills
Deep understanding of Google Analytics
HTML/CSS experience would be highly desirable
