$88,066 - $99,656 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 4-5 depending on qualifications and experience) Superannuation

Your new role
Deliver planning and development services to the Council, public, and external agencies in a professional, efficient, and confidential manner, fostering strong working relationships.
You will be responsible for day-to-day administration of the Planning Scheme, including implementing the provisions of Councils Planning Scheme, assessment and review of development applications and reporting to Council. Carry out site inspections and process planning applications for developments in accordance with the Planning Scheme and related legislation.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
