The opportunity:
Client side development/project management role working for a non core property group with global assets spanning industrial and commercial assets.
Working on projects of varying scale, from reburbs and fit outs to large scale complex new build developments across Australia and with global exposure.
With a predominantly leased portolfio you will be working with landlords and developers to deliver the projects within an AFL agreement and to our clients specific requirements
Key accountabilities:
Working with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and scope of works;
Create, manage and coordinate effective delivery of property, construction and lease documentation through Heads of Agreement and Agreement for Lease (working with inhouse property teams), managing the feasibility, planning, design, documentation, procurement process.
Working with various consultants to ensure effective delivery of the projects
Reporting to internal stakeholders and managing the projects
