As our Senior Scientist (AgTech) you will: ? Identify and evaluate technologies that support and meet vegetable industry priorities for an advanced field mechanisation program ? Work collaboratively with commercial vegetable producers, project partners and technology providers to integrate automated and mechanised solutions ? Identify, analyse, and resolve issues to assist producers customise, validate and adopt technology solutions ? Coordinate and develop technology trials that record system impacts through the analysis of farming system data and producer adoption challenges ? In collaboration with international project partners, lead domestic and international study tours focused on mechanisation options for the Australian vegetable industry ? Communicate and report project objectives and outcomes, through written, verbal and digital communications as well as field events and other forums, to industry and other relevant stakeholders.
