The Departmental Security Unit (DSU) is responsible for managing the protective security function for the Attorney-General's Department. We define security as an enabling service; enabling growth, improvement and innovation to support implementation of the departments transformation strategy and future ways of working. As a Senior Security Advisor in DSU, you will play an important role in continuously improving our security capability and supporting a positive security culture, empowering staff to engage with all aspects of security.
The key duties of these roles will vary depending on the section within the team, but may include:
managing a small team responsible for the provision of a variety of the departments security functions, including policy and governance, personnel security functions and security engagement
