What success looks like in this role:
The position will be a Subject Matter Expert on Software distribution & Patch Management and AVD management. Hands-on experience in software deployment & Patch rollout via systems Management tools like Config Mgr., Intune, etc. Troubleshoot infrastructure & client issues to ensure compliance on rollouts. Custom reporting capability is a must. Asses, Plan, and upgrade systems management tool to ensure its evergreen and new features are explored.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Candidate with 8 to 11 Yrs. Strong experience in Software Distribution and Patch management using SCCM / Intune
M365 workload in initial setup & breadth/depth mode for AVD
Device provisioning & retirement setup
App provisioning & app attachment for the provisioned users.
Custom imaging ISO for AVD and period update methodology
In-depth knowledge of personal / pooled mode along with capacity planning.
