As the successful incumbent, you will possess:

A proven track record in the Sydney property market and achievement of a strong market profile
An understanding of development principles including planning, construction and financing
Feasibility analysis skills
An understanding and thorough knowledge of the residential sales market, in particular the project marketing environment, as well as commercial and industrial markets
A current and valid Real Estate Licence valid in NSW
