Job Description
The Microsoft 365/ Teams Subject matter expert position works with customers, management, and peers to design, configure, and implement Teams, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, and other Microsoft messaging and communications services. Support includes specifications; installation, configuration, and testing of services; establishing guidelines and standards; support of existing infrastructure and users, project support as directed, and other technical support functions. The Chosen Candidate will provide subject matter expertise in support of Teams and Office 365 core services. Must have enterprise customer project experience. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
6 - 10 years experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena
6 - 10 years experience with Office 365 migration and support of migration tasks
2-3 years experience with O365, SharePoint Administration & Teams
