Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our team at Wokitup . The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of information and communication technology (ICT) systems, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. The ICT Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Work with Franchisees to formulate & document business requirements.
Identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures and work practices.
Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system
functionality and behavior.
Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system.
Training on Redcat systems & any new technology (e.g. Kiosks, digital screens etc)
Ensure that POS systems are secure, reliable, and able to handle high transaction volumes during peak hours.
Manage customer data, preferences, and loyalty programs and ensure CRM systems are secure so customers data is handled in compliance with privacy regulations.
Provide technical assistance and training to all the Franchise owners on network related issues such as connection to the network, accessing shared resources, and using network-enabled applications
Create documentation & knowledge base articles to help user troubleshoot common problems independently.
Design, implement, and maintain optimal business practices for a new Franchise store & ensure they are functioning efficiently to support operations across multiple locations.
Identify any inefficiencies in the current business practices & implement technology system that can optimise business processes to increase profit for our Franchisees Network.
Skills Required:
Prior experience as an ICT Business Analyst.
A bachelor or postgraduate degree in a relevant information technology field.
Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and manage time effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and undertake multiple concurrent tasks and accountability of project deliverables.
Strong skills in the MS Office suite.
An understanding in Excel, Power BI, or Monday.com is essential.
