ICT Support Technician
We are looking for a driven and motivated ICT Support Technician to join our business within a fulltime position. We are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Cairns. However, you will work from home, with intermittent travel to our customers around Australia. Both formal and Informal training will be provided, however, a large majority of your learning will involve your own research and self-learning. This position involves constant self-learning of new software, new industries, and new ways of doing everything better. Note that 'self-learning' is very important, as most of your day involves finding solutions to our customers' needs. Within this role you will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities
• Identifying the software that is necessary to resolve a problem / difficulties. Determining information system requirements and defining project objectives
• Answering inquiries regarding specific software.
• Modifying current programs to fit user needs.
• Setting up and downloading the necessary software.
• Creating and managing Sage 300 cloud instances/websites to fit user needs.
• Ensuring programs are used effectively.
• Answering and directing questions and offering customer service as well as Maintain good relationships with customers
• Provide recognized technical/accounting expertise to customers and other team members in fault finding and resolution for business software
• Understand customer business, requirements and objectives
• Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
• Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
We are offering a yearly salary of $120,000 Plus 11% superannuation to the successful candidate.
The successful candidate must have at least 5+ years of work experience and must be a certified consultant with sage 300cloud.
