Conduct thorough analysis, monitoring, and creation of key people metrics to anticipate risks, identify trends, and drive ongoing improvement initiatives.
Leverage a deep understanding of business dynamics to pinpoint and address issues, whether they're related to processes or personnel, offering insights and proactive solutions to enhance productivity, engagement, skill development, and talent retention.
