Reporting to the Principal Financial Operations Officer , Finance, you will provide financial support and advice to the staff across TIQ on a diverse range of financial practices. You will also coordinate the organisation's financial management and compliance responsibilities, whilst supporting ongoing business improvement opportunities.
To be successful in this role you will:
Assist in TIQ's (global) end of month and year financial processes, including preparing monthly accruals and reconciliations of the general ledger, generating recurring and prepayment documents and preparing monthly reports ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, applicable legislation and standards is achieved.
Monitor and maintain TIQ's (global) monthly cashbook and corporate card reconciliation processes, including reviewing and analysing
