Tele Interviewer Consultant Your new company

Your new role
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Work effectively within the wider Operations team, reporting through to the Tele Interview Team Leader
Complete and respond to simple requests/tasks within the accepted service levels
Manage customers' expectations effectively
Contacting customers when receiving applications to collect personal and medical information
Work with + manager the calendar of 9 tele interviewing team members
Your skills and experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Knows what a complaint is and when it should be referred
Able to prioritise work objectives and requirements
Exceptional diary management skills
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written skills with the ability to develop relationships
Your benefits
1 rostered day off a month!
Flexible working: work from home as well as from the office once training is completed
