Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Business Analyst & Salesforce Administrator to join our Community Outreach team. This role will play a critical part in enhancing our Salesforce platform through customisations and configurations, working closely with our development partner. The ideal candidate will liaise between our team and developers, translating requirements into actionable briefs, managing priorities, and overseeing testing processes while handling day-to-day BAU admin requests from the team. Key Responsibilities:
