TEN Recruitment are working with a residential builder who?s is looking to expand their scheduling and estimating capacity due to more demand for mid-high end homes? This is a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Scheduler / Estimator with experience in single and double storey home builder to join a thriving company! This is a full-time permanent position, based in the eastern suburbs.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have:
At least 2 years residential scheduling or estimating experience in residential construction
A team player, able to work collaboratively within a team.
Excellent organisation skills and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer literacy with proficiency
