About The Role
Full-Time
This position is responsible for assisting the centralised Care and Lifestyle Team in providing support to the wider Aegis Group, enabling the delivery of high-quality Therapy and Lifestyle Services to our deserving Residents. The role with include both a practical, hands-on approach by providing support across the group, guiding, and assisting Resident Lifestyle Officers in their development and service delivery. As well as assisting with pivotal Care and Lifestyle administrative tasks centrally.
This role is a Permanent fulltime 76 hours per fortnight. A pool car will be made available for any work-related travel.
This varied role will include but will not be limited to, the following duties:
Supporting the development and implementation of centralised lifestyle resources.
Supporting the coordination and implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives across the group.
