Change Communications Manager - Fujitsu
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Change Communications Manager for developing and implementing a change communication strategy and plan for strategic business transformation programs at Fujitsu, focusing primarily on one key transformation program: OneERP .
This role supports the critical communication and change management requirements for this program in the region and will work closely with various stakeholder groups to develop, drive and implement the strategic direction and activities for communications to support organisational change.
Working closely with the Change Management Lead, Transformation Communications Lead and collaboratively with a range of functions and teams (i.e. People, Purpose & Culture, and Marketing and Communications), the Change Communications Manager will define, develop, distribute and assess communications that ensure the program and change is widely understood, supported and adopted.
