Primary Responsibilities:

Complete reports and provide administrative support for Branch Manager
Assist all departments administratively (Sales, Service and Rental)
Reception duties: Signing in, greeting customers etc
Answering incoming calls nationally as part of national reception team
Reception admin duties including but not limited to attendance register, Printing & Stationary, timesheets for payroll
About You:

Confident and independent
Good written and oral communication skills
Computer literate with excellent data and typing skills
Team player and can-do approach
General office and Interpersonal skills
Attention to detail is essential
Data Entry Experience
Professional presentation and telephone manner
