Riot Games Sydney is looking for an experienced Technical Producer to join the global Hextech team building the engine and toolset that power League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics. This position will be focused on the Gameplay team within Hextech, which is responsible for delivering the tools and workflows that enable gameplay designers and engineers to build world class gaming experiences. This is a permanent position and will be based in Sydney, within a hybrid work model.

Working closely with the LA Headquarters, Riot Sydney is a powerhouse of talent, and experts in global development. Our teams work on VALORANT, League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics, alongside exciting R&D and Tech projects.

Technical Producers combine deep technical knowledge and experience with product leadership capabilities to enable Riot Games to deliver key products and supporting systems to players.

You will develop and execute development strategies on Riot's products and technologies while leading diverse teams to deliver creative solutions to our most difficult technical challenges.

Responsibilities:
Define and drive product strategy and roadmap taking into account product & technical needs from multiple teams
Establish, develop, and maintain a large number of stakeholder and partner relationships
Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to drive best practices in services and infrastructure
Report on product performance, establishing OKRs for your team and ensuring your products achieve targets and milestones against these objectives
Manage product-level risks and issues
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of product management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in stakeholder management, and conversation facilitation
Experience in technical discussions with stakeholders to understand requirements and risks
Excellent knowledge of Agile work systems (Kanban, Scrum etc.)
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in game engine or real-time simulations work
Experience with systems/services that operate at global scale
Experience with operating games as a service
Experience with Rendering, Client Networking, or Performance optimization
