Victoria Aircon, a leading provider in the air conditioning sales and installation industry in great Melbourne area, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves extensive mobility, as frequent visits to client sites for inspections and on-site construction monitoring are essential.
Qualifications & experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least three years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Strong creative, analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Tasks & responsibilities
Represent the company at industry events.
Ensure the maintenance of high service standards.
Engage actively with key clients including contractors, dealers, and others to foster strong relationships.
Lead state-wide business development and growth initiatives.
Train, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Perform weekly sales analysis to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to the development of a strategic state-wide sales plan.
