We are seeking to appoint a full time Dining Room and Catering Supervisor for a school on Sydney's Lower North Shore.
The Role:
Monday - Friday
6am - 2pm
You will be responsible for:
Management of the canteen and dining room
Cooking a variety of healthy & nutritious freshly made snacks and drinks
Monitoring and promoting kitchen hygiene & food safety practices
Monitoring food costs, ordering and stock replenishment
Cleaning of kitchen areas and dish-washing
Setting up for morning teas and events
Small function deliveries
About You:
Australian Citizen or Resident with full work rights
Working With Children Check (Required)
NSW Driver's licence (Required)
Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery is highly desirable
Food Safety Certification (highly desirable)
Previous experience managing a school canteen or similar environment
