Our client is looking for an experienced and clinically strong Clinical Coordinators who are experienced in Aged Care to join their fast-paced and dynamic team.
As a Clinical Coordinator you will;
ensure aged care clients and clinical employees are supported
Be responsible for case management, clinical governance, ACFI, rostering, and staff management
Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff
