Job Description
As a payroll officer, you will mainly be responsible for performing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and other payroll-related transactions. Your tasks include but are not limited to:
Run end to end payroll process via a weekly pay run
Processing a mixture of digital time and attendance and manual time sheets
Review and reconcile payroll reports, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation, tax codes, and other regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the wider team.
