The Role
Our client is seeking a Assistant Development Manager to support the development team. You will support a DM across a large scale masterplanned communities with major infrastructure, wetlands, parks, schools and residents club, a town centre and a number of town homes, which will be a mix of their own product and a collaboration with external builders.
You will have exposure to the full development lifecycle, from design, town planning, sales and marketing (working with inhouse teams) and delivery, partnering with builders where required ...
