- Lead the delivery and implementation of people related initiatives and projects to enhance engagement and culture.
- Establish and build strong relationships throughout the business.
- Partner with and influence key stakeholders on people related matters.
- Confidently advise on technical matters with best practice and in accordance with legislation and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to influence and implement P&C best practices that support Talent’s growth and success.
- Drive innovation and look for opportunities to drive operational excellence into culture, processes, and technologies.
