In this role you will
- Drive rate strategy development and implementation to achieve Hotel targets
- Be a confident leader that communicates with impact and has an eye for detail
- Have strong analytical and proactive problem solving skills including analysing data and market trends, being proactively inquisitive and interpreting the data to develop and implement nimble SMART strategies to maximise revenue opportunities,
- Have a strong understanding of market segments, yield management techniques, supply/demand drivers. You will navigate complex pricing relationships and keep a constant pulse on the market demand drivers by proactively adapting actions to maximise revenue
- Proactively manage the distribution of Hotel inventory to ensure maximum occupancy of the hotel by maintaining accurate rooms inventory control systems.
- Generate 13 month forecasting, online pricing/planning/availability.
- Prepare Budgets & Business Plans, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting, attend Owners Review Meetings
- Drive proactive rate strategy development and implementation to achieve the Hotel’s goals
- Lead the fortnightly RevMax meetings detailing hotel revenue strategies and leading the departments to be accountable for their contribution to the revenue
