Collaborate with the Corporate Facilities Coordinator to provide comprehensive mail room services.
Ensure meeting rooms are impeccably set up with functioning equipment and furnishings.
Develop and maintain best practices in concierge services alongside the Corporate Facilities team.
Offer a warm welcome to all clients and visitors, ensuring a memorable reception experience.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries with promptness and professionalism.
Oversee the presentation and maintenance of meeting and reception areas.
Manage bookings, resources, and assist with mailroom operations as needed.
Maintain stock levels for kitchen consumables and stationery supplies.
Process invoices and raise purchase orders using SAP.
Support security and visitor pass management.
