QBuild is a commercialised business unit of the Queensland Government. It has been Queensland Government's builder for over 160 years, playing an important role in communities across the state by building and maintaining government-owned assets such as schools, social housing, police stations and correctional and health facilities.
About the role
You will play a pivotal role in supporting QBuild's ambition to strengthen Queensland's building and construction industry by providing coordination of QBuild maintenance activities.
Duties and skills involved:
Produce high quality tender and quotation documentation for building projects and prepare accurate and timely estimates, quotations, and project trade packages, including material lists and construction programs.
Provide a level of supervisory services in respect to the delivery of construction, maintenance and upgrade work undertaken by QBuild, including assisting in the planning and delivery of projects through the efficient supervision and development of office
