Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
8 years of experience with CRM software, including at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and API.
Proficient in .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
Experience with Azure services is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
