About the role
Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for planning, developing, and driving P&N Bank’s local area marketing activity. This includes the planning, development, execution and evaluation of all local area marketing initiatives across the branch network and mobile lending team. Including management and maintenance of point-of-sale schedule and all relevant branded assets across the retail business unit.
• Responsible for developing, managing and reporting on campaigns, including campaigns to support third party offerings and value-add to our existing customer base.
• Develop written, static creative, gifs and video assets to support the P&N Bank content strategy. Video and photo asset creation including videography, photography, editing and production to serve multiple channels and platforms.
• Marketing representative for key branch and retail projects including branch relocations and refurbishments, branch openings and activations including member engagement.
• Responsible for P&N corporate signage, point-of-sale development and other brand assets as required in retail environments within P&N Bank brand guidelines. Internal support for all retail and P&N Bank brand initiatives including ongoing video content support.
• Deliver brand image clearly and consistently across P&N Bank branded stationery, including effective management of stock levels and reprinting, effective communications of printing impacts to stakeholders, document management control on Intranet.
• Responsible for ongoing branded design support across campaign assets, digital design, website assets and ongoing printed materials as needed.

What will you bring?
• Experience in a similar marketing position in the financial services sector.
• Proven history of video and content production.
• Design specialist with an eye for detail and brand governance.
• Excellent knowledge in design principles and knowledge of design software - Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Reader).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with hands-on experience in content production, script creating, visual storytelling and email development.
• Video and photography production including operating video/ audio recording equipment, content creation, editing and production. Excellent knowledge required in Premiere Pro and After Effects for the Visuals.
• Retail campaign development and management processes including briefing, agency management, risk and business sign-off within budget to drive relevant business metrics.
• Proficient in email platform tools with preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience including email and journey builder.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Experience in a Customer Owned Bank is desirable.

The annual salary for this position is up $78,000.50 (excluding superannuation).
