Salary: $126,000 - $135,000 plus Super
Duties:
Support risk management efforts and enhance workforce skills in hazard identification and risk assessment.
Provide leadership mentoring in the field and oversee critical control implementation effectiveness, reporting on outcomes.
Presenting findings to operational leaders.
Take charge of business unit projects to align with agreed HSE strategic goals and implement tactics to enhance operational safety performance.
Engage in audit and compliance assurance tasks within the established compliance framework, standards, and procedures.
