Support the Appeals and Prosecutions Group lawyers in conducting: o prosecutions in relation to breaches of the three agencies' legislation. o appeals from prosecutions and from decisions made under the agencies' legislation. ? Under supervision, collate and prepare briefs to Counsel, briefs of evidence, disclosure material and appeal record books. ?
