Essential
Degree tertiary level qualification in a relevant finance discipline including CA/CPA
3-5 years? experience in a similar role in a medium to large complex organisation
Demonstrated experience in completing month end close and management reporting working with large data sets
Clear understanding of accounting principles in respect to maintaining a strong governance framework under-pinned by appropriate financial controls
Advanced financial modelling development and maintenance skills
Preparation of management reports and balance sheet reconciliations to an external audit standard
Identify and implement improvements to existing processes and procedures
Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across the all levels of the organisation
Desirable
Prior experience in using large ERP systems (Oracle)
Advanced skills in Office 365 Applications (including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Experience in developing and using business intelligence tools (TM1)
